Are we all reporting it so they don't think that just a few of us are fussing?

AOL Browser and Mozilla Firefox use the same rendering engine. (Gecko if I remember.)

Oh good, I'm glad to see this thread because I thought my computer was hosed. At least it finally gave me the motivation to update my players and clean up my hard drive.

I am finally experiencing a problem today. I tried to play Whack-A-Staff-Member and couldn't use the spacebar to hit the people. I had to use my mouse instead, which I can do if I have to, but I completely hate doing it as too much clicking too quickly aggravates my wrist problem. I immediately sent in a bug report and my suggestion to everyone is submit a bug report for every game you play that has some sort of problem.

I've had it on and off for various games. I'm glad it's not just me

Looks like this is a firefox issue for me, as its working on IE but I don't like using IE so if anyone figures out the fix on firefox please post it!! Thanks

If I remember correctly (used to use AOL), their browser is based on IE -- unless they changed out which I somehow doubt.
Unless all of our computers are going crazy, all of us need new graphics cards, etc. (I know I do actually), this is a problem that Neo has to fix to be fully compliant with whatever is going on.
chan56ca, I don't think there is a "fix" any of us can do, regardless of our browser. I know there is a temporary patch for Windows XP SP2 - but it's just that - temporary. As of June, the update that caused the click to activate and other IE problems will be permanent.
I can't stand having to use IE for Neo, it just takes so long for pages to load on it. And seeing those privacy reports for third party ad cookies when I'm premium really bugs me.
Hopefully, the programmers at Neo will be able to figure out what the conflict is so all of us who do play games can actually play them without them either being too fast, too slow (either of which can make them unplayable) or freezing our computers. I don't envy them for a minute. I wouldn't know where to start!

I use Netscape 7 (Gecko engine), and the same keyboard problem is happening to me the past 2 days. Very frustrating, as I really miss my daily dose of Faerie Bubbles.
Maybe Bill Gates has teamed up with TNT and is forcing us to use IE, lol!

I'm using Firefox. It worked fine for Ultimate Bullseye, but for Dubloon Disaster and Garage Sale, my keyboard might as well be dead.

Mine stated working the same day they didnt. I figured all was normall for everyone else :/ I use firefox.

I'm in the same boat. I can use Ultimate Bullseye all I want, but none of the other arrow key games!

Still can't play anything needing keyboard commands and have now sent 5 feedback and one complaint form. I think that's enough for me

One assumes it will be sorted on Monday when they get back to the office and go
"Oh my god there's like a bazillion complaints and I have no idea why it's happening

"
