Anyway, it's a Survey Shack, which seems pretty much like a Shop of Offers, but what do I know? Anyway, one interesting point is that two things you can do in this Shack (Play Majority Rules and Play Super Daily Survey) are games that give a score in your game lookup, so that's a +2 to those still working on the Top Gamer avvie.

i've trieed 4 emails now for their survey smash thing and everyone is blocking it as spam on global server level

For people still vying for the game avatars (like I am), there are 2 new games available here: Majority Rules and Super Survey Shack. They're both low-scoring (best you can do on the latter one is 600 NP) but they're still valid scores. Just 6 more to go before I stop playing sponsor games!
By the way - my recommendation if you're working on avatars is to send score the instant you make any score at all, so that you don't lose it all back again! Then you can go back later and try to make REAL money from it.
Also, you get double NP when you send scores, if you're a member of survey smash.

I'd like to fill out another survey, other than the "Setting up your account" one, but if I'm reading correctly, they will send you e-mails with links to take more surveys? Thats annoying. *sighs*
I do like how the NP really IS credited direcly to your account. With many sponsers in the past, this just didn't happen.
A warning for those who use Adblock in Firefox: NOTHING at the Survey Shack will work right if you have Adblock enabled. You probably won't even see the page properly. Disable Adblock if you want to visit the Survey Shack.

I have both things and it seems to be working just fine. :/ It might be that you have it blocked.

Yes, I do have just about everything blocked from Neopets that could possibly give ads. The amount of stuff you have blocked will vary from person to person so not everybody will have a problem. But if you can't see anything when you visit the Survey Shack and you have Adblock, then turn off Adblock.
