as we aproach the end of the competition, i'm curious to know who everyone wants to win. Below are the final four contestants listed in alphabetical order.

personally, i would want Chris to win, mainly because i like his style of music. I would not mind though if katherine won as it is more the style that the judges like.

Well, since my music taste seems so similar to Bangel's, my answer would of course have to be the same as hers! Yay Chris!

I must say though that of all of the American Idol final four sets so far, I definitely think this bunch has the most actual talent as far as singing goes. It's going to be tough. Yay Chris again!

Chris, He's good, and he's different.

Katherine is good too, but to me, she's TOO much like Kelly Clarkson sans the personality.

Taylor - Great performer, but only an OK singer, compared to the others.

Elliot - Dunno, he's getting kind of boring now.

Katharine is incredible, she has the most talent out of the group. And I don't think she'd do the whole rocker chick thing like Kelly, or the country thing like Carrie. I think she'd do more R/B Soul kind of music.

Taylor. Don't even get me started on him. Onstage seiszures. That's it.

And Elliot. Elliot can sing well. But he's just bleh.

Katherine will hit pop, just like Kelly (yes, she's pop). >_> The last thing we need is another pop idol. e_e

Also, if Chris yells in all of his songs, then Katherine screeches in all of her songs, Elliot screams all of his songs, and Taylor has seizures in all of his songs (oh wait...). What do you think singing is (minus the seizures...)?

It's weird. Usually each season, there's one person I'm totally rooting for, then another two I'm like 'yay', and then the rest I could care less. The one I root for usually makes it pretty dang close (Kelly, Diana, Carrie), but this time my favorite went home (Kellie), though I understand why.

And I definitely don't like Taylor, but there's a quality I like about each one. Elliot was an early favorite after he sang 'Heaven', then I liked Chris' version of 'Walk the Line', and I also loved Katherine's "The Way You Look Tonight", and her second performance on Tuesday.

So it's a very mixed bag. I think I'd like it if Katherine or Elliot won. I like Chris, but I just don't seem him as being American Idol-ish. Not that it's a bad thing at all, but really, like in season one you had someone like Nikki McKibbin who claimed to be a 'rebel', but can you REALLY be a rebel if you are on 'American Idol'?

Sorry for the rant. But yeah, I like them all, sans Taylor.

I would have to agree. If someone says rocker chick, my first thought would be Lacey Mosley from Flyleaf or that chick from Flee the Seen.

I don't know who'd I want to win. o_o;; I'm just observing, that's all.

I didn't mean it as in a she's a rocker chick hardcore, I'm just saying that that's what she likes to do. You know? I know she's not even close to what a real rocker chick is, but that's what her music tries to emulate. And I don't think she's pop. If she were she'd be singing some stupid little teeny bopper song. I think she's more Pop/Rock then pop. I don't even understand that, but yea.

I really don't think Katharine would do pop. I mean she'd do one maybe two songs, but other than that? No. But that's just me. I think she's do more of the stuff KT does. Or am I just saying that because she sang that song so well? xD

I like Katharine, but her style and album is probably going to be EXACTLY like Kelly Clarkson's. I LOVE Kelly Clarkson, but Katharine just doesn't compare.

Chris, duh. If he does win, I'd be a little nervous about what they're going to do with the album. I HOPE it's not like Bo Bice's album! It should really show off his style and vocals and have good songs!
