I got it using a "Sloth Ruler" for the now-dead neoschools. I also have the following, which all should work:
Ring of Sloth Stamp
Dr Sloth Bucket And Spade Set
Dr Sloth Pinata

I found a sloth pinata in my SDB and it worked also (it was a advant calander prize for y6)
