I just noticed it has an extra set of fins in the back. I guess it is suposed to be a coelacanth!

The Tyrannian Koi scares me. I love it, but it looks...really creepy. Its probably the teeth and its mouth and stuff. Something about it makes me think of horrible nightmares.

Agreed! It is sort of freaky but the artist did a really good job!

yeah, the tyrannian koi is pretty hideous. It isnt attractive at all.... they should have done a prehistoric fish animal instead of taking a koi and making it brown/spikey/tyrannian...

It was said somewhere, I can't remember where, that Lutari will have it's own training place, as well, as "healing faerie"...so maybe that's her?

Why do the lutari get a whole world just around them? Why are they so special? To the point that they can't even be adopted from the pound...

The only one that looks on-model in that picture, to me, is the blue one at the top. Whoever drew that picture really seemed to rush it.

And I think the importance of the Lutaris is support to indicate the importance of the pending Lutari Island plot, which may or may not open up the other side of Neopia (*keeping fingers crossed*). Once the plot's over with, I'm hoping we'll be able to create Lutaris without restriction, or at least adopt them from the pound.
