Okay, I feel like an idiot. Is "X" the number of rooms UP and "Y" number of rooms across. Also, is the room you start in room 1,1?

Okay, so if my coordinates are 9,15, then I go THROUGH 9 doors to the right and not 8 doors into the 9th room and then UP THROUGH 15 doors to the 16th room? I have gotten too far to give up now!!!!

After you enter the first room just enter your room number in the address bar. So instead of room 0.0, just enter your room number and hit enter.

well the constellation finder gave me my room as 18,6... went to it and did tab trick and the only links that came up were the 4 doors.... happened to me yesterday aswell, anyone know what the problem could be?

Ok sorry about that figured it out.. saw the last page but forgot to click the flame.

anyone have the link for the council chambers. I thought I had saved it upon my completion of the plot but I cant seem to find it. THanks in advance.

You can go through the door in the Hall of Heroes. It now appears on the right side.

You might want to give 9,6 a try ;) (although I think it's strange that you don't get any books to check, are you getting them in other rooms? Cause otherwise you might have missed a step somewhere that enables this (like clicking on the Darkest Faerie image in the book of ages for example))

Check the First Post.

Finding Your Spellbook Room:

a) Use the exact coordinates of your Sleeper (Darkest Faerie) constellation.
b) Take the SUM of your x-coordinates (Add it as is! If it's negative, subtract).
c) After taking the sum you may safely ignore any negative signs.
d) If the answer is 3 digits or more, take the sum of the digits. If it is 2 digits or less, leave it as is. That is your x-coordinate for the Room that has the Spell Book.
e) Repeat for your y-coordinates.
f) The coordinates help you find the Room quickly: Enter the Archives and click on any Door. Then change the numbers in the arcx=X&arcy=Y part of the URL to where you wish to go.

Then use the Tab key or Avant to check all 31 books in that room. :)
