I don't know if it's the right place to ask that question, or if it has already been answered and in any case i apologize. So i read somewhere that you can change the basic color of your neopet. I have a red Jubjub and i would like it to be blue. Is that possible? And if yes, how?
Thanks a lot.

You can paint your pets basic colours using, say, a Blue Paint Brush :)

They're reletivly cheap and easy to get hold of compared to all of the other PBs - just do a search on the wiz or on the trading post :)

Also (I believe your account is too old for this, but good news nevertheless) newer accounts get "Starter Paint Brushes" that cannot be traded, but are of the basic colors in case you change your mind.

You can make it blue if you neglect them for a while (they have to be pretty unhappy), but I think it's based on a random event. Research!

I'm also not entirely sure if the RE can target any pet (unhappy or not) so long as one of your pets is unhappy. If that is the case it could be a real risk to any pets people mightn't want turned blue.

I thought they were turned grey? Just to be safe, I keep all my pets happy. I'm not willing to risk my Plushie or Robot, though the Robot was a Labray, the Plushie was somewhat expensively earned.

You could create a new side account if you don't already have a total of 5 and then transfer your pet to that account to paint it with a starter brush. That would only work if your pet is level 1 or 2 though, or else you have to wait 4 months to adopt on the new account.

I think there is no way... my account is 27 months, and my pet is at level 8. All i have to do i guess is to save enough money to buy a paintbrush!
