Really weird. I've been setting my long term goal for the Adam Avatar (Mu ha ha ha), but his neopoints keep staying the same! Every time I look he has the exact same neopoints more than me as he did before.
I wish he'd buy a ghostkersword or something.
Donna on the other hand keeps changing. I wonder what's up with Adam...

Adam's neopoints are the same for everyone.
A month or so back his neopoint did drop down to a little over a million for about 15 minutes and then there was a glitch that meant his neopoints dropped to an obscenely low amount every quarter of an hour but of course, his neopoints dropping is a rare occurence and it doesn't usually last very long.

So if that's the case, it's not possible to get the avatar unless you are lucky enough to catch one of the freak drops in his points?
Unfortunately, pretty much, yeah. You have to catch one of the freak drops or save up to the 11 million. Some people will of course consider lending neopoints with items as collateral if you have items to the value of 11 million.
Also, random events. If you have no or little neopoints in your pocket when the Pant Devil or a ghoist comes up and steals money, you can have negative neopoints.

No, it's not he has 11 million-whatever points more than you, that's his total number of neopoints. It's saying he has "such and such neopoints, which is more than you have, ha ha". Even if you have more than he does, it still says that. So all you have to do is have the exact same as whatever the number is, and you'll get the avatar.
The Adam avatar was the first one I ever got, back when his NP was pretty low. I made enough NP after that to get it legitimately (my real goal was that top bank account level, lovely interest)... but of course I spent it.
Haha, I feel so sorry for you guys, I got his av back when he only had 17k on hand, I don't think I could even get close to 11million, thats just crazy
Guess I'll break down and buy the lab map I was going to get after I hit 11 mill.
