For me, Neopets is slowed to an absolute crawl.... is this happening to anybody else?

PPT is moving speedy, and I've tried Neopets in both Firefox and IE. Anybody else?


Edit: N/M.... it figures it would be okay once I complained about it. :roll:

It's probably because alot of people are on at this time, I guess since I kinda have a fast connection.

Yeah it is really slow for me as well so I just stopped playing for now.. I'll be back on it later at night and hopefully things will speed up :D

omg...I'm so glad I'm not the only one! It's been SO slow for me for the past few days. Especially the flash games like Faerie Cloud Racers.

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say It's due to many of Neopets servers working on the current plot.

I was figuring, actually, that the Altador Cup had something to do with it, but that's a good point...I'll bet it's a mix of the Cup and people doing the plot at the last minute

Neopets always seems to run fine with me, the only annoying part is it takes a second or two for the page to load because of ads... but im guessing a lot of people also have this problem aswell, not a big problem though, just annoying, espically when ur trying to restock etc.

yeah...most of the normal traveling is fine for me...it's mostly just the flash games.

The entire site, especially the flash games are going faster than I've ever seen them for me. On IE and Firefox.
I put it down to everyone watching the England match.

From my browser, the flash games seem to have loading problems.

They hog up 100% CPU, and the writing sometimes doesn't appear.

This has only been happening lately, since the plot started... o.O

It's probably the adverts that are doing it. Neopets never used to go as slow as this, not before the adverts came. Some adverts won't even allow the pages to load up!
