Nothing is completely set yet, but there should be work on the script this summer. There is unfortunatly the possibility that it won't be in real time in order to accomidate a wider plot as far as the global locations.

If it's not in real time then what is the point? That was always what set 24 apart. I'm not saying it wouldn't work. They have the characters and writers to do it, but it wouldn't really be 24... not in my mind anyway.

i would definitely watch the movie even if it is only in 2 hours and some change....

i actually wait for the season to come out on dvd's so i can watch the whole thing in it's entirety without commercials...
