Hmm a blank screen - that *could* mean it was added, just the confirmation page didn't load - try checking out your avatar list?

So I have recently become, once again, into neopets and am in the process of getting avatars. The current one I'm going for is the Mutant Graveyard of Doom. Oh my gosh. I am having issues.

I have been at the Game Graveyard for the past two days almost (at least it seems like it) constantly refreshing and I am not getting the stupid avatar. And I have Cable, so I can get a lot of refreshes in.

I've double and triple checked that I hadn't previously gotten it on accident and at this point I just feel like I'm doing something wrong.

Any hints, like am I missing something that has to be in my inventory? Should I do a dance? Or should I just keep at it and hope the stupid site stops hating me eventually and hands it over?

yes i checked and its still not there :/ maybe because i'm doing it on firefox or something?

I believe its just horribly random unfortunately. Too bad the game you used to be able to get it from is in the Graveyard

For those who need the gloomy avatar, check out the weather on Terror Mountain Today!

And don't despair about the Mutant Graveyard of Doom -- it took me a lot of refreshes on 5 diffferent days before I got it. I found that I could hit F5 repeatedly without the page reloading (I didn't hold it down, though), probably a few times a second. I had another window open to the boards chat preferences page. After several minutes at the graveyard, I'd refresh the boards and look at my av list to see if I'd gotten it yet -- eventually it showed up. I'm trying to refresh a lot at my neomail inbox to see if the same technique will work for the neomail addicts avvie. I'll post here if it works.
