Yes! You must try a roast dinner with proper Engerlish Yorkshire Puddings, and also roast pumpkin... I heard that isn't common in America?

Also try Hula Hoops (potato snack-type things you'll find near chips... I mean, crisps... in a supermarket), I have a strange obsession with them!

Deep Fried Mars Bars - try one of them! Very high in unhealthy stuff but apparently it tastes lovely!

Try some McDonalds too just to see if there's any difference. Burger King too. Pizza Hut isn't too bad. Asda, just to see all the similarities to Walmart. The list goes on...

Oh wow! Have a wonderful time and tell us all about it when you come back! If you can make it to the Dingle peninsula area in Ireland I think it would be worth the time, I thought that was just such a Beautiful area!

To Igg & Ixistant I guess I never even thought about that debate... o_O

I thought you might find it interesting that in Southern Turkey they have a fair amount of European TV alot of it being British and they tend to mix European and American culture, well flip it really. Some of the locals we are friends with think alot of the fashions and nudity are just an "American" thing which really cracks me up! I am from west Texas and they do everything they can to censor, the first time I ever saw an actually topless woman on a magazine cover (no black shrink wrap covering her) on the grocery store shelf was in Ireland! I really have to wonder how that mix up came about!

Nope, never heard of Yorkshire Pudding, roast pumpkin, or Hula Hoops. I've heard of British Tea and Fish & Chips though.

I've heard that the food is well...bad. Then again, the last time my mom went to England was like 10 years ago, so it's probably different now. I may as well try everything, breakfasts and dinners are paid for!

I know quite a few people who have dealt with ACIS, and it's really a great service from what I hear. I hope that your trip is fun and safe.

Am I one of the few people who don't like Yorkshire pudding? o_o (Well, I'm pretty sure that any vegan is included, but I seem like the only non-vegan to not enjoy it.

Aww! I hope you have a lovely time here and that you don't catch too much of our bad weather!

Only the south bit of irland has a diferent currency (euros) which is most of it. Come and see me in leicshire! Hehe.

Us Brits are euro outcasts. But then we don't like them much either. (:P smelly french! No offence to all you french PPT, its an oldoldold thing.)

Eh, Morrisons is better than Somerfield.

While you're here, Tesco and WH Smith are good. And yea, Asda is bogging and smelly.

Morrison's is awful.

Treat their staff like crap and health and safety is pretty rubbish. I knew a girl who sliced her hand so badly working their she needed to go to A+E, but they made her finish a shift with a plaster on it.
