If you mail TNT a question, will they just put the answer in some editorial, or will they actually mail you an answer back personally as well?

It just depends. Sometimes they do both but other times they ignore you.

I am asked to give an URL of the page the error occurred on, the activity, and what I was doing when 'the problem' occurred. But it's not a problem; I just want to ask them if they have finished upgrading the Plushies or will be upgrading more in the future.

Its not a bug report, so email the editorial, that would be your best bet.
