If you could run Neopets for day, what would you do? What changes would you make? What features would you add?

thought it would be interesting to see everyones ideas

I'd probably just make more wheels of chance.. cos i luvs them

Probably not a whole lot. It seems whatever TNT do there is always someone to praise them and someone complaining for one reason or another. I don't think I'd bother breaking my back to try and get something significant done in a single day. That being said, if it were now I'd close the Altador plot and start awarding prizes, people have waited long enough really. I might also spend the day on the Neoboards freezing the Neopians who think they can get away with the horrendous posts they make.

I would give myself all the trophies/avatars/pets I wanted, then I'd freeze and IP ban everyone I hate, plus all the people I see breaking the rules.

Then I'd freeze some "high-profile" players just to see everyone's reactions (I'd unfreeze them before I left for the night

).

I'd want to improve the basics of the site. Give pets more personality, better interaction with their owners. Update those really outdated graphics all over the site (Terror Mountain, Space Station, Tyrannia). Fix the annoying little errors ("Thanks, you found my !", 0 years glitch, other spelling mistakes). Put Jelly World on the map so TNT will have to find a new running joke. Make it so that announced items/colors are released immediately instead of weeks later. Change r100 items to r99 so they actually restock. Automatically remove frozen accounts from hiscores lists. Automatically remove people who have been at the top of a hiscores list for more than three months so others have a chance at a trophy. Disallow feeding more than say 100 Kadoaties.
There's probably more, but that'll do for one day :p

p.s. Oh, and finally run the RODS plot on the site. I don't care for Sloth, but that plot contains some important background on Kreludor, the Space Faerie, Grundos, lots of things.

What are you people thinking? Give yourself game items? I'd just sell the bloody company and make a great many millions. Millions to hundreds of millions I expect.

The only thing that I want changed is the pale purple and yellow circle around pets in the user lookup. It's a small thing, but it really annoys me, because it changes the look of certain paint brushes. Other than that, change nothing.

in other words youd screw up neopets so bad that the site would be done for goodness knows how long so they could fix your screw ups if not taken off all together because of the effect it would have financially for them as a buisness...

i posted this topic for what people would ACTUALLY do if they had the chance to, ofcourse there would be common sense rules in place ie. you cant delete everything or everyone

Sort of like a roundabout way of asking us what problems we saw with the site and what we believe needs fixing or needs to be added for entertainment value. I think it's a good question.

Yea i guess in a round about way that is what i meant lol

Thought up another thing too... i would add flash card games.. anyone here played pogo.com before? i really like there card games, its always more then just the basics
