its been nearly a week since i contacted TNT and they still havent replied. what if thet chuck my pets into the pound and empty my account? do they do that?

TNT get alot of emails like yours. It can take months sometimes for them to get back to you. And no, I don't think they'll pound your pets.

If your account is frozen... No, they will not clear your account and put your pets in the Pound, the entire thing is paused at the point you were iced.

Sometimes they never seem to reply to e-mails about frozen accounts, sometimes you need to wait awhile and then send a second one.

because 3 years ago i had an account and i selficed myself because I got bored with it and I began a new account last year and my pet was in the pound

That's them auto-pruning/manualyl-pruning. They deletes old iced accounts from years previously.

So if you selfice your account does that mean you can never get it back o_O
