i rarely post here, but a friend of mine suggested i visit this thread since we believe i was recently "self frozen" by a cg. i have a pin number set for everything, so i'm hoping whoever did it, can't get into my stuff but it still makes me incredibly mad. it happened while i was playing a game of pyramids; i got prompted to go into the login page, logged in again and it said i had self froze
i'm a premium member and filled out their help form, but as i submitted it asked me to log in again and once i did it gave me a blank form again, so i was unsure if it actually went through. i tried the live help chat and ended up with luis f who was no help whatsoever. i'm more ticked off that essentially, i'm paying for a service that i cannot use at the moment.
it's been over a week since this happened and i've had no help from anyone on the neopets team. does anyone have a direct email address for someone who i could try for some help? someone else mentioned i should try the better business bureau, since it happened to them before [cg] and neopets wasn't helping, so the bbb was contacted and her account was reinstated in 5 days.
any help or advice anyone can give me would be much apreciated. i'm very quickly losing my patience over this.
