I don't know how or why, but one of my computers seemingly unistalled all it's drivers one day, along with numerous windows applications.
Essentially it took out the video drivers, which fortunately I could reinstall, however it also took out the PCI bridge drivers and despite the fact I'm not using one it is really irritating. However the worst part is that it uninstalled all drivers pertaining to networking, it can no longer connect to the router and thus my home network, and thus the internet, and I can't figure out why. In addition, having bought a new hard drive I've found that while it recognises it in the BIOS and Device manager, I can't access it. Similarly it can no longer deal with Ipods.
What the hell? Any Ideas?
