As long as the 14 year old says he won't do it again, what's the harm? Say you're sorry, call it good.

Yep. Nothing much to do here except go over weird court cases like this. Oh, and meow at old ladies. It's a rather fun pastime and a tradition here in good ol' PA.

I meow at people that are being snappy at me. After they snap, I say "Rawr!"

I have never gotten in trouble for it, though 8)

Right. Ignore the rapists and murderers, instead let's concentrate on annoying teenagers who meow at their neighbors.

There is a girl I go to school with who is very mean-spirited. My friends and i have nicknamed her Moo, because she's a cow. And when she walks by us in the halls, we moo. Haven't gotten in any trouble for it yet. I don't think she understands that we're making fun of her. :P

I used to do that to a girl but except mooing, we barked. (She deserved it o.o)

I was including the people who bullied in that statement, as well as Sugarini and Anoohilator. My comment wasn't directed at you, though.

bullying when your bullied doesn't make it right. it just makes it worse, and contagious, it would appear. why do you think so many people are bullied?

Anyway her feelings weren't hurt or nothing - if you knew her you'd understand - she's a tough cookie!

More like who can mess with the girl in four-inch stilettoes. ;)

Seriously though, this whole thing is ridiculous. If I were that woman I would have just meowed back at him. Or, uh, told his mother? Which wouldn't be too hard, seeing as they're neighbors.
