Sorry im new on playing i just want to know this ans to this few quest.

1. Other then going to neopets training sch and doing fearies quest to raise stat, is there another way?

2. Say example if I have learn all the fire abilites. If i do quest or realese the fire fearie from the bottle will it raised my str or just bless or nth will happen at all?

3. Is it still worth getting the secret lab map? I dont mind about the raise or drop stats but i really dont like if my pet change gender or species. If i get this will it faster to raise my stats?

4. Which stats are the most importamt in battledome?

5. When can i know the date or is it a random event for neopets day. E.g lupes day, shoryu day.

Lastly, Im playing a scrochio. If i want to my eq to be a fire element, wat is the best eq or item to hold during battle dome for 1 player battle. I dont mind the price cause i still got long way to go

Well for your third question, the lab map can change the pets species, colour and gender as well. I myself choose to not buy the la map, but to train and repaint my pets instead.
It gives me a feeling of power

1. Playing certain games, like, spinning the wheels, raise stats. It's slow ;(

2. There are rules to faerie blessing. If you level is not high enough, the faerie will just fly off and do nothing. It is related to your pet's level. Also, these blessing give battledome abilities, which are much different than stats.

3. Secret lab is SO worth it! It does raise stats unevenly, but they do go steadily upward! 5 hp in one zap is not bad!

4. I think Strength boost is very important, but Defense is equally so.

Weapons for a newbie that are cheap would be scarab ring, scarab slingshot, snowball wand, leaf shield, and a lesser healing scroll. Add to that a BD compatible healing potion like puce elixir and you are good to go!
