I don't know why everyone is worrying about redoing the nmenonic devices to learn the planets, I learned all my planets without a stupid little saying, I still don't even know the saying anyway and I can name all the planets XP.
But I feel bad for Pluto D:. It must be so emo right now.

I was in DC this weekend, and at the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum, they already have Pluto knocked out of some of their displays.
In the section where they have all of the planets, they had this sign. I thought it was funny
It's kinda fuzzy, since I took it with my phone. But it says "In Memoriam, Pluto, 1930-2006"

That's hilarious! I didn't think that they would have a sense of humour!

That one took me a while to get. It's hard to see where it starts. Nice though!
What do you guys think about Cerus becoming a planet, though?
Mon Sep 04, 2006 1:14 pm
It was funny, because here at my university they have planetarium with shows open to the public, and while inside the planetarium waiting for the show to start they said some trivia being displayed, and they had a question about how many planets in the solar system are there, and they had already changed the answer to 8.
