Mods?

I've been noticing that lately there have been more and more members becoming mods. How is this happening as the mods board is closed?

I'm guessing that old mods are coming back, or they are just more active

There haven't been any new mods since, what was it, January, I think?

I've noticed that some of the mods have gained more boards, though. Maybe that's what you're seeing?

Yeah, there was a bit of a shift around. That's what you probably noticed. ^_^

There aren't any new mods. If there were, you would know, trust me. It's a big deal around here.

It would be kind of interesting to see a bunch of new Mods randomly pop up, though.

A lot of the ones from the old forums aren't here or are inactive now. They're slowly returning. Also, many mods are getting more boards.

What they said. We do have fewer mods since some left, so we might hold applications soon. But that's for the admins to decide.

I suspect it's because of mods re-joining, and the like, as others have stated. ^_^

February seventh, I believe.

And yes, a few of us are now modding more boards- some of the moderating staff haven't rejoined, and as a result, there are less of us to mod...

Most of Mods don't even get on, or hardly get on, it would be quite practical to re-open the mod applications and get some more active moderators in.

There's some truth to that, but you also have to take into account that many mods like to put themselves under the 'Hidden' status here.

I forgot all about that option, but like you said there still some truth in, because some people I know for fact I havn't seen in over a month.
