I'm right with you there. In either case, i'm all for trying to start a big gathering to watch the Neopets movie, be it in theaters or direct to video. would be interesting to see how it would turn out, but i think it would be the exact same thing with wha happened when my parents watch the Bionicle movies with me: nonstop questions about what a neopet is and what exactly it is they are seeing. *sigh*ryan.riverside wrote:Geez... I've found that there is an undercurrent of Neopets users almost everywhere. A lot of people (myself included) are somewhat scared to talk about it with other people, because there's a stigma attached to Neopets. I've been in school for three weeks and I've found two other people.

Off-topic: The Bionicle movies (at least the ones I've seen) are great.
On-topic: I wonder what kind of movie it'd be. I hope it's an adventure movie. Maybe it'll tie in with a site-plot. If so, I hope it's one that's thought out and actually finished.

I wonder if the movie got delayed. It was supposed to come out this year, but I haven't heard anything about it beyond the fact that there'll be a movie. You'd think that there would be wall-to-wall Neopets movie trailers right about now if it were coming out this year.

maybe they are trying to have the release of the movie with a plot on the website...or if it's a DVD release, it won't need much advertising...or maybe the season isn't right, with other animated movies to compete with...who knows really. the video game was delayed for a long while, and i'm thinking the planing of the websites and what it releases over time via plots is planned 2 years in advance now, or at least should, considering i think video games and such will become a norm, and they take years to create.PuddingofEvil wrote:I wonder if the movie got delayed.
