In the morning Arianna woke up remembering the events from the night. Getting out of bed she said halfway to herself. "Did anyone hear anything strange last night?" Then she went to eat breakfast and fed Aira. " Good morning* he said.

Shiloh pulled her tweed jacket closer to herself as a chilly wind swept past in a maelstrom of dead leaves and bits of garbage. Finding a new place to stay at was very high on her to-do list--cold plus wet plus muddy plus shiloh equaled a very grumpy, soggy person. If there were one thing that Shiloh liked best, it would be sitting in front of a warm fire with either a book or a nice science experiment involving lots of beakers and explosives. Of course, the latter ususally got her in trouble with the person who owned the room she was staying in.

Sighing, she began walking down the street with no particular destination in mind. Her valise was depressingly light, and its weight would prove no problem, should she decide to walk for miles and miles.

Which would probably be the case.

When Terran had finished his questions, Toloni sent him back to bed. "You are still growing, and tomorrow will be a long day. I may have to leave the school for awhile, I have business to do elsewhere."

Terran sighed. He wasn't tired anymore, the excitement and his curiosity had woken him up even more. He tried to struggle out a few more questions, but Toloni silenced him.

"Not tonight. Tomorrow, maybe. I have told you all I know, as of now." Toloni said, and shooed his charge to bed. When Terran was out of hearing range, Toloni said to the nurse, "If anyone comes, let them in and give them a bed in the spare dorm. I have a feeling that some shall come very soon."

OOC: I changed the school for Ryoko in my profile. I decided to have her in neither. I changed the first paragraph of my first post to follow this as well. It is alright if I changed my mind, right?

IC: Suddenly the door burst open. The two became very aware of the sirens and lights outside the store. Kiba and Chezza only smiled. Cops held raised guns, pointed at the backs of their heads. The cops were pale and slick with sweat. Chezza smiled wider. They knew she was a ghost, and it was unmistakable who Kiba was. Kiba smiled wider as well. The police were fools beyond compare.

"Put your hands up! You two are under arrest for the attempted theft of that diamond!" boomed a cop through his mic.

The two young teens looked at each other, smiling. Kiba was struggling to keep from laughing and Chezza was already snickering. The cops became more and more uncomfortable. They hadn't gotten any sort of reply from the suspects. They shifted their weight from one foot to another uneasily.

Suddenly the two disappeared. Kiba had teleported. By the time the cops realized they were gone the duo was a mile away and running. They didn't care where they ended up as long as it wasn't jail. Ryoko and Chezza had no idea they were headed straight for the East school.

(That's fine, only I thought it was Kiba, not Ryoko? Kiba was Ryoko's reincarnation?)

Terran sighed as he walked down the corridors to his dorm. He knew Toloni was not telling him all he knew, and that he was not tired. On the way back to his dorm, he saw Arianna going to get breakfast.

"I'd go back to bed if I were you. Toloni's in a bad mood."

As they ran, a building began to appear on the horizon. Kiba know it was the East school, but she really didn't care. It was a place to hide. Chezza's feet made no sound as they landed on the pavement one after another. Afterall, she was a ghost. The duo of crime stopped to rest every once in a while but they never stopped for long.

"Did you get it?"

"Sure did! You think I didn't?! A diamond like this?! Ho ho ho! Hell no! I got it!"

"Damn Chezza do you have to brag about it?!"

"Sorry."

"It's alright. See that building up ahead?"

"Yeah. What about it?"

"I think we'll be able to hide in there."

They ran as they talked. It helped to keep them from thinking about how tired they were. They could have flown, but the point was to wear themselves out. Or at least wear Kiba out. Chezza never got tired. If they needed a place to stay for the night Kiba would be able to win the sympathy of someone with a house. They would see how tired she was and want to help.

"Why don't we just stay in someone's house?"

"How would we explain a diamond the size of a baseball?"

"Oh, you think that place would be better?"

"It looks like a school to me. I doubt they will ask us very many questions unless they see the diamond."

"Then maybe we should hide it somewhere?"

"Good idea. Where would we hide a diamond the size of a baseball?!"

"Bury it?"

"Hm, I like it. As close to the school as possible."

"Yeah."

They arrived at the school in what seemed like minutes. Talking had really helped pass the time. They found a bush on the grounds that was growing close to a wall. Kiba dug a whole three feet deep and Chezza set the diamond inside. Covering up the hole they headed for the school entrance. The front of the school was impressive. It looked somewhat like a castle. The two looked at each other and shrugged.

They ghosted through the door, heads first to make sure no one was watching. Kiba stepped through first, then Chezza. They looked around. The place was massive! Kiba whistled softly.

Tarra wondered around the school's attic. She had decided to life up there, and haunt the school. It was then when se felt an odd presents of other ghosts. I never though ghosts would plan to live here...well, besides me. She thought, and slowly drifted out of the attic.

(I'm afraid I'll have to withdraw from this RP, I'm in too many and I don't have time to keep up with another one, sorry)

((OOC: Is there room for another reincarnation?))

Still a little groggy from the nights events, Arianna looked up as Terren walked into the room.
"Thanks for the warning I think Toloni is up to something. He's been acting strange lately." Handing Terren a Jelly donut and some hot chocolate she continued. "You look tired, how'd you sleep last night?"

Thu Jul 22, 2004 4:31 am

(Yes, there is room for three or more reincarnations. We'll miss you, Dragonbane.)

Terran nodded. "He was talking to the nurse about something right after I left, I think." He accepted the jelly donut and hot chocolate. "Thanks. I got about half a nights sleep, then a ghost woke me up. He gave me this. See?" Terran said, proudly showing off his cut. "The nurse said it'll scar."

After a second or two, he asked, "Did you hear something?"

((aww... i was hoping you'd stay in this rp, db))

Deciding to head in a vaguely easterly direction so the sun would not shine so much in her eyes, Shiloh traveled onward, keeping an eye out for places for rent that looked somewhat promising. Knowing that the probability of her spending the night on some park bench was increasing exponentially with every hour that passed, she began trying to think of some church or other place that might provide a place to stay. But on second thought, she'd rather stay on a wood bench outside than on one inside a place that might potentially hold a bunch of dead people under the floor. Call it superstition or whatever else, Shiloh had a principle of not sleeping within 10 feet of a dead body, if she could help it.

Stopping in front of a likely looking boarding-type school, Shiloh scanned the surroundings. Not bad. Much as she disliked the repressive nature of educational foundations, repressiveness was preferable to wetness and potential corpse roommates. Very much so.

"Ouch... that must have hurt. Terren, I wonder whats setting off the ghosts. That's the third or forth one I've heard of this week. The first one I encountered was crying and very sad. She seemed shy and lonely, but when I went to talk to her she dissappeared. I knew I was not dreaming because I was not the only one who had herd her. Aira mentioned something about it too." Arianna said.

Thu Jul 22, 2004 7:32 pm

"It didn't hurt for long, the nurse fixed it up real good. Toloni said something about it being the sixth year of bad luck, but I don't know what he was talking about. It's been bad luck for ages. Speaking of Aira, how is he?" Terran said. "I think I've got a few treats for him up in my dorm."

Name: Mena
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Position: Student
Reincarnation of: Ludwig van Beethoven
Appearance: Reddish-brown hair and green eyes flecked with brown. About 5'1".
School (East or west): East
Other: Not surprisingly, Mena is a VERY gifted musician. Unfortunately, she also tends to be impatient, temperamental, and eccentric - other traits of the great composer. Mena plays the violin, the flute and the piano - she used her Gift to transport a piano to the school. She hides it in an old classroom on a somewhat obscure corridor.

I'll do an IC post later, once I figure out what's going on...
