Do You Snore?

I snore, according to my parents.
And I toss around in my sleep. A lot.
I've also sleep walked a couple times, and I grit my teeth in my sleep.
And I can't sleep if there's a light on that's near my room.

But aside from that, I'm peachy.

I don't snore, though I used to talk in my sleep. I was often heard arguing with my brother or going "I want that Jigglypuff." :lol:

i was told i snore badly when i went off on a trip with friends. i don't know whether or not i really do or if they were just saying that, but it's likely

I can breathe loudly through my nose, but that's it.

But when I feel sick, I often can't sleep at all and when I do, my breathing's kinda loud...

Yeah, people tend to snore less when they're sleeping on their stomachs (from what I've noticed, though I've noticed not too many seem to sleep that way). Fortunately/Unfortunately, I've been sleeping on my stomach for so many years that I can't fall asleep on my back or side, no matter how hard I try (and probably why I don't snore, I guess). I get the suffocation factor when I'm on my back, for some reason. (They actually say the sides cause less snoring, but I have yet to see that work, since everyone else in the household snores like crazy and sleeps on their sides.)

I alternate left-right-back-left-right-back etc when I go to sleep each night.

Everyone I know sleeps on their backs or stomachs or sides. I sleep on my stomach with my head at a 90 degree angle, and alternate whichever way will prevent my cat from stabbing me in the eye (been stabbed 6 times in 1 month, think I'm going blind now) and my parents tell me I snore all the time and talk in my sleep. If I sleep on my stomach or back, I won't fall asleep, just maybe suffocate as I can't get air. I think it is genetic or something, because my dad does it, and other relatives do too. I heard on the Discovery Channel that there is a surgery to stop people from snoring, it is like $5,000 or something. I don't know if it is perfected yet or if it is available to the public or if it is even possible, just something I saw.

If I'm cold, stressed or really really uncomfortable.

Cue me snoring my head off on d of e expedition and then waking up to angry people who had been woken up god knows how many times by me :oops:
