So, you'll be selling yours for LESS, then? :battar:

Inflation is bad, deflation is bad. A steady price of worth is good. As in the default minimum of what anyone will pay to buy my crappy Flask of Rainbow Fountain Water of BS. ;) Same goes for all other goods.

And the default minimum seriously needs to go down again. That was my point. I don't want to leave people stranded with worthless items. Even if deflation happens, a SoS is always going to be worth a bazillion times more than a Scarab Ring. I'm just saying the treshold needs to go down again, as it is rising everyday.

Maybe raise the NP max on games to 1500np. That'd mean it'd be easier to make the NP - no problemo!

Mon Sep 18, 2006 3:39 pm

Nah, then the prices of things would just go up as soon as people realized it was easier to get more NP ;)

Mon Sep 18, 2006 5:09 pm

Yep, NP from games is a cause of inflation. Increasing NP from games = more inflation.

What decreases inflation is releasing more items, as in these giveaways.

I really shoud re-install the toolbar, but it was SO ugly and annoying...

It's not even working for me most of the time. It just flashes when I start Firefox.

Ah well, I'll just bide my time :)

I searched the forums for this and didn't see it, so if I missed it somehow and I'm posting old news I apologize.

Here's a petpage with Tarla tips for us Firefox users:

I just made the fix on my browser right now, so I can't vouch for its usefulness, but it appears to be the solution we've been wishing for. :)

Did the link change? It hasn't updated since the 17th.

Thank you so much for the link to the fixes! I'm hoping this will make the alerts more reliable!

You're welcome :) I was happy to find it.

Now, if Tarla would just show up so we can find out if the fix works or not...*drums fingers on desk*
