Is there a website with a simulator thing (I can't think of the right word) that enabled you to kind of plan your neohome with what furniture you want and how you want it layed out, so you can see what your room will look like before you buy any furniture? I hope you get what I mean.. I'm not very good at explaining things.

No there isn't, but there is a great website that shows what most furniture items look like in the aerial view.

I've always thought it would be so very very cool if neopet homes weren't just aerial views. Like you could take a virtual tour of someone's neohome. I imagine the coding for that would be insanity though, so I doubt that's going to happen.

But the NeoHomes will look very weird, wth tables and chairs being stacked up together to get the nice aerial view. :P
