I just tested it out, so far Kangaroo Jack (1500), Pack Attack (1350), Radio Disney (1050) & Spyro (1000) paid out for me in about 5-10 mins.

I got a substantial number of NP doing it last night (didn't keep close track, though.)

This time I think I'm going to continue to do them whether or not it seems to be paying out immediately, since it doesn't take long (if all you do is the "click to visit the site" ones, which is what I do) and there seems to be sufficient precedent for it paying out unexpectedly at future dates.

Your page is very useful. I like how it just gives you the redirect link you'd get through the flash, it saves a lot of time.

Of course, you don't get the points from playing the games, just the points for the site visits, but it's still legit. (I don't see why it wouldn't be)

Definately has become a daily of mine and a few others I know who are saving for Draiks and need every NP they can get. XD;

I've noticed them working lately too, and it seems as if they're doing so rather quickly and fairly reliably. Which augments my ability to play the stock market and makes me quite pleased.

Edit:
I wanted to add i'm getting more than 7K np though and i'm not even sending the cards, but i am being scrupulous to only do so every 24 hours so perhaps that's it.

Either way i'm so glad it's back up.

This is a rather old topic, but I'll respond despite it being necro-d.

NHRMC's owner (sue@neopet) was frozen for reasons I don't know. When a pet is frozen, it's petpage reverts to the default one for that species. This happened a few months ago..
