Inner Universe is definitely the best theme song. Evar. When Ghost in the Shell was showing on cartoon network, I always watched the opening first because I loved that song so much. xD

The Pokemon theme tune has to be the best, I remember it word for word even though I havent heard it for years.

ever since i got exposed to the world of Garth Merengi's Darkplace, the intro for the show has become a favorite of mine. it's over the top and bizarre. just the way i like it. :)
