what should i do?

i figured it was a dumb joke to me but i was curious...

people got frozen when they got these items..they didn't sell it, didn't use it, didn't do anything with it but TNT froze them.

i mean how can they prove they weren't cheaters?

I would send that person a neomail asking why they send you that paint brush. It could be that the person is quitting neopets and is randomly giving their items away. Maybe it's just a really nice person trying to help other players. Do you have a wishlist on your userlookup?

If you don't get a respond you can send a note to TNT thinking that the item might have been duped. ^_^ If tnt doesn't respond within a few weeks it's probably save to use or sell it

Yes, send a report or something to TNT, asking them if it is duped or not. If after a while, the item is still in your inventory and they haven't responded or deleted it, go ahead and sell it.
