Sooooo My sword never came in the mail.
I called the company, who checked the tracking number, and they realised it was lost by the postal service.
So they immediately sent me a new one by priority mail.
It arrived 6 days later and had a broken handel, with a piece missing.
So i called them again, asking if they want me to send it back, and they said dont worry about it... especially because NOW THEY ARE OUT OF THEM. They have no more in stock, so they cant even get me a new one. So they gave me my money back for the sword i originally paid for.
2 WEEKS later, as in yesterday, i get the original sword that the postal service had apparently lost. Again, another broken handle.
What a load of crap.... ive got two free broken swords. Hoorah hoorah.

That sucks, is there no way to fix one of the handles?

*regrets showing her the game 2-3 years ago*
I might go as myself, or I might get a shiret that says "this is my costume" or something.
Or I might say I'm a girl going as a boy, not sure which yet.
Someone unoringinal like that, maybe even just go around on crutches and say I broke my leg =]
Anything for free candy and the right to silly string people =D

Agreed. -loves that movie-
I've got an anime convention coming up in January, so I'm not really thinking about a Halloween costume....Especially since I'm homeschooled now and I won't get to dress up for school anymore. Last year I was Kyouyama Anna from Shaman King and my best friend dressed up as Tao Ren (with the hair!). It was really fun.
-shrug- If I get my Temari costume done early (for the con, my anime club is going as the cast of Naruto), I might wear it around for the sake of it....

Same. It also seems to be dying out where I live - for the past couple of years we've had about one or two come trick or treating. I guess people are becoming more concerned with child safety.

I think it would be really cool if my family and I could go as a Royal Court or something, haha. ^-^ My parents would be the King and Queen, my sister and youngest brother would be the Princess and Prince, the two other brothers would be the Knight and something else, and I'd be the Court Wizard or something. lol
I think it would be cool if I could make the costumes, too. ^-^ Then I can pick out patterns that will suit each person best and it'll be way fun.

We plan on chasing each other and shouting "wakka wakka wakka" everywhere we go. x)
Or you could shout "Get in mah belly!"
Anyways, I was thinking about dressing up as a miniature Krakken and chasing all the pirates that even remotely look like Jack Sparrow around. xD
Wow, I have as much of a twisted sense of humor as my uncle and his outhouse costume.
Seriously though, I'm not dressing up. I'm too old for that.

I'm thinking of trying a mostly-human Amaterasu (the wolf in my icon and sig). I'd need a big brush though (though her tail serves as the brush, I want a prop) and I'd have to make a suitable 'kimono' to go with it. (my last kimono for a costume I made by modifying a bathrobe pattern. XD; they're so similar..)
I might try it, it's a very appealing idea, and up until now I've no clue what I would do as a costume this year. ^^";
