We are going to have a PPT Halloween Event from Friday the 27th and run it until Wednesday, November 1st. We have some activities planned already. I would like some member input, though. I was wondering, can any of you think of any additional events we could run? So you know, the main event will be held on a special, non-post incrementing board that will be created.

While the event is on, anyone can run games/contests if they wish. Please ask first, though, to make sure we (or someone else) don't have something similar planned. You can PM me or post here.

Also, if anyone would like to donate anything to the event, please PM me and I will set up a trade. Anything will be helpful and greatly appreciated, whether items or neopoints, and will be given out throughout the event.

There will be a raffle starting a week before on Friday, the 20th. You can purchase tickets for a chance to win a spooky/Halloween set made by our own PPT graphicians. The sets will not have names on them. When the winners are drawn, the creator will add the member name to the set. The raffle drawing will be on October 27th to start off the event. To get an idea of the sets that will be up, check out the related thread here. If you'd like to submit a set, post up there or PM it to me if you'd like to keep it secret until the raffle begins.

Also, I forgot to mention that anyone that donates to the event will have their title changed to "PPT Donator" until November 15th, if you wish. The donation has to be at least over 1,000 neopoints value to qualify for this so we don't get tons of free daily items. You can donate as much as you like. There might also be donator sig buttons, if we can get them made. I'll post up when/if they are to show examples.

I like the idea of tarot readings, I'm not sure I know what you're talking about when you say divas though o.0 Although if we do tarot readings, I'm sure we'd have to have more then one tarot reader though, Jas's fingers just might break off and that is no good

We could do the costume contest that jenn suggested, that sounds cool and also maybe a 'doll' dress up for those of us that won't be dressing up irl?

I think a trivia contest might be cool

Just throwing the idea out even if it is not that easy to do:
Change the forum's board style and layout to be more Halloween-ish. Like have Arrow dress up, have the board styles all be orange and black (Halloween-ish colors), maybe a cobweb in the corner, or stuff like that

I can see where this would be a pain to program so no need to take it serious.


(I would love to see Arrow with a broom, cloak and witch's hat That would be funny and cute)

If there's a costume contest (or anything where we show off costumes), can there be one for non-IRL costumes? Because I want to make a picture on Paint of me in a costume.

Actually the colors would be quite easy, they would just have to change the colors in the CSS file for the skin. The cobweb might be harder, but changing the colors is easy.

Not sure if they'll do that though.

I was thinking of something like that, but it took a while just to get the Divas readings done. I certainly couldn't do it by myself. lol There is still the Divas party, too, where I will be doing that.
