I'm pretty sure that only the Birthday sidebar has that effect.

You know something.... the daily prizes given out is either named with lupe (maybe got to do with king altador who is also lupe species), shells, or some items that in fact, all items are priced lower or slightly higher than 2k. Its not worth the time to complete the plot, thats what i feel.

Okay, I've given up on this plot several times, but it's still driving me nuts. I'm stuck at the water plant. I've tried all 256 combinations twice, some more. I've also tried randomly pulling levers and spinning wheels. Can you please provide some insight on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

SuzieQ: The sidebar is exactly what the word says it is, the navigation bar on the side of neopets while you are browsing. You automatically have the birthday sidebar but you cannot select it to use. It's automatically applied on Neopets birthday and the birthday you supplied to Neopets.
