Okay. I dug up a grave, tested a bone, and fetched Sophie an item. So exactly what is this part of the plot about? I don't understand. There aren't any bones that belongs to the spirit of slumber...well...so far...

You have to go to Sophie's shack, it is number 12. For a list of what number items are refer to the first post.

Well I imagine we have to keep digging and testing until we eventually find the spirit of slumber's bones.

I know most fo you have probably completed this step but if you havent heres how.

To complete the Fetch maze.

I used this method and it worked:

In pencil draw where you are going and any paths coming off it. If you know that the path meets a black end and definitely doesnt have the book then go over the line in black.

If you are following a path but you see another that looks intersting and you could take later. Mark it in another colour e.g. red.

If you see the sort of area the book is in mark it in another colour!

Hopefully this helps!
