I got a double batch, too. :) Two Ghostys, ten spookys. That's pretty sweet, heh.

Maybe the glitch was in releasing last year's bags, or something? I'd say the new bags, at least, are the safe ones, if you want to open them. If they freeze for the first ones I'll be real worried, because I opened two. :S

that's true, tnt has been known to freeze. anyone remember the whole duplicate thing? i missed it, thankfully, so there were no duplicates on any of my accounts...though i'd love to get another trick or treat bag, i won't attempt it in case it's a glitch...:D

Fine. I sent off a glitch report just in case. But I think it's rubbish if TNT freezes people for a glitch (if it's even a glitch) that hardly anyone was aware existed at the time. It certainly wasn't my intention to exploit anything; I just thought after x hours you could go back for more.

I didn't buy any, but in your case I would mention it, just so they know where the other bags came from. I basically told them I had heard that one could go back every x hours to get more ToT bags, and that I later heard it might be a glitch. I also made sure to say that the bags (all 12 in my case) were in my SDB and could be removed if TNT so wished.

Gawd, everything was going so well this month! :cry: But I have to imagine that if so many people made the same mistake that TNT will be a bit more lenient than usual. *crosses fingers*

EDIT: (Response to below) I was just on my account 5 minutes ago. If TNT's really doing mass-freezings right now, I've yet to be included in them. >_>

Okay, good. I just mentioned that I went to the links, then revisted them later and got an additional set, saying that I thought it was a glitch. I then went on to say that all my bags, including additional ones I bought, are in my SDB should they need to find them. Hopefully that is enough information. Now I'm super worried :(

EDIT: Neoboards are going nuts, from people trying to reassure others to other people claiming mass freezing.

Can anyone give me the link to where you'll need to send a bug report? I was going to put it under

Email Support => Bug Reports => General => My issue is not in any of the above, but it seems to ask for a specific page for the bug, as well as more specific information that is simply not available in this situation. Should I just describe the situation in the 'Please describe what you were doing when the situation occured' field, or is it another form entirely?

I got my bags at 10am nst. I went back, and I didnt get any extra bags, so is it a possibility to get extra bags or no? is it a glitch?

I think it only happens if you got your first set before 9am NST.
That said...I won't have any trouble staying up for the sidebar now, I'm worried sick! This is the first year I've done trick or treating, I had no idea.

For the bug page, I just listed one of the Trick or Treating spots (I think I picked the one in Faerie Land). As for specific information (i.e., I assume the error message box), I just left that blank and explained everything in the box you're talking about.

I'm wondering if I should move six of my bags into trades now and leave a note for TNT on my main page. The people on the Neoboards are suggesting it so that TNT can go through and delete the extra bags more easily.

Does that really help though? I've never been through any glitchy experiences like this...I was taking a break from Neo each time. I'm wary about moving mine to trades, as I stated they were in my SDB in the bug report, should they need to track them down.

I have no idea, to be honest. All I remember is the TP being flooded with Advent Calendar items last year. I think my biggest concern is TNT seeing the items in my account and freezing me without so much as a glance towards the report I sent in.

I doubt if TNT will freeze for this. Whith the glitchiness and all it has been really confusing and not many people really knew what was going on. Really seriously think it's more of a TNT mistake than people taking advantage...so in my infinate wisdom i think TNT is most likely going to either let this go, or find some way to delete the extra bags. ...5 years of tnt experience should count for something.. :D
