Maybe. I can't think of much that can happen to you after you've been fossilized.

EDIT: Wait, I just remembered that there is a stage after fossilization (is that a word?) that involves the fossil being turned into sediment, or something like it. I don't know the term for it however.

Or maybe you could be turned into petroleum, I think that's what sometimes happens to fossils...
