7. I don't really have any reason for why, but it's always been my "lucky" or favorite number. I remember being number 7 when I played softball in third grade, I can't believe that's been over ten years ago now...

Because I was born on 8-27. Yeah, I'm self-centered :P

LOL I was born on 11-12, but I just like the double/triple numbers for some reason (11, 44, 111, 777, etc). Not sure about the 12, though. I believe it was my cubby-hole number in kindergarten, so I started liking it then. birthday might have something to do with it too.

Heh, happy early birthday!

Yeah, i get excited when I see that the time is 8:27. And point it out to whoever's with me. I love my birthday :)

Hmm. Favorite numbers. Well, 42 is awesome of course, but I wouldn't call it a favorite. It's too round and even. 517 is nice, it's the number I always use when I have to pick a three digit number or something. And I like 1159 as it's the name of one of my favoritest songs.

As for my absolute favorite number... probably e or i (pi is just too overrated)

4 and 7. I think I decided 7 was a favorite number when I actually was seven...there's also the fact that it rarely comes up in formulae. Not like 2 does. It seems like a ton of them have 2 and 1/2 and such scattered everywhere. 4 is just a nice number because you can cut a pie across the center one way, then cut it across the center another way, and you have 4 pieces.

ha, me too, minus the January 4th thing. It was always my number in elementary school. Plus my birthday's in April. I'm not sure this choice is all that great for me, cause I heard this thing about 4 being unlucky for Japanese people (I'm 3/4 Japanese) cause if they got 4 cucumbers they were going to be killed that day or something. Whatever. I don't even like cucumbers and hopefully the 1/4 of me that is white will protect me from evil 4-cucumber curses.
Oh, and that's my house number.

4. I don't know why, I just like it. Even numbers are always good.

3,5,7 for no reason at all. They are odd, like me.

I like the number 2. Its probably because my birthday is February 22nd. One seems lonely, three makes me think of nautical equipment, but two is just right.

NO idea why. I just like them. And yeah, 3 out of the 4 are multiples of 3. I don't think I just like multiples of 3 in general- I don't, but I've no idea why most of the numbers I like or find lucky are.

I don't, however, particularly like even numbers. ESPECIALLY 8. I seriously dislike 8, though I have NO IDEA WHY.

can't find the sig from this set, so instead, you get a <3 .

13. I just love the stigma around it, I find myself drawn to it. Its my lucky number too, unlucky superstition be damned

[EDIT] - Well I'll be... I was just looking up 13 on Wikipedia (a horribly inaccurate article by the way) and I found this

Quote:
A small minority of left handers consider 13 to be their "lucky" number. This is possibly derived from "unlucky" being an antonym for "lucky". Since many left handers are taught to do the opposite when learning new skills from a right handed instructor, they consider 13 to be their "lucky" number as it is the opposite of 13 being the "unlucky" number.

That's not why I think 13 is my lucky number, but I am left handed...dun dun dun....

125. I just love it. Five cubed. And 625. Five to the power of four. And... 3125. But 125 remains the best
