I hate this so much. -_- I've got a combination somewhat similar to beanmommy's so I was happy when she brought it up, EXCEPT for one problem: my combination is only SIMILAR, not exact.
I don't understand the whole process one bit so even though I tried the process in a different way (if you could call it different), I totally didn't understand how it went. Can someone help me out? Please?
Follow this steps
1. Take your smallest number and multiply by 4.
2. Using 3 grams of wool, raise the stats you need to the above number.
3. Take your highest number and multiply by 4.
4. Subtract your number you got in 1. from your number in 3.
5. Using 3 grams of Jurpleberries, raise the stat of your highest number to the number you got in 4.
6. Add 3 grams of two other substances to which you have done nothing to.

If you're still stuck, I think this may help.
3g Babaa Wool, crush until Divination is +276.
3g Crushed Jurpleberries, dry until Power is +140.
3g some other random thing
3g some other random thing
If you miss the stat, start again or use more (instead of 3g, use 10g) so it will be slower. After that, split it.

I've got a question about the 4th mixture... For the Spectral Essence, do we do the exact same as we did for the 3rd mixture? or do we have to manipulate the numbers to get whatever value it requests... Is it still a spectral essence if I don't max out the components?

23g SPECTRAL ESSENCE:
20g Bloodfern Loam: soaked and crushed (both to max)
1g Bloodfern Loam: soaked and crushed (both to max), then dessicated until Conjuring=274
2g Leafy Slorgblossom: soaked, crushed, desiccated (all to max)
This worked for me, however trying the normal way with 7g, 7g, and 7g two times did not work. The stats were right, too though.
