So, I've been trying to send this message... and neopets won't let me.

"I just got a dark faerie quest, and she boosted Campbellina's hit points (boo). Then like 30 minutes later I got a Water Faerie quest and she boosted GoldenVemma's defence! Now if I get a fountain faerie quest, I may just die."

and when I try to send it, I get this error message.

"ERROR : Do not send messages containing profanity, sexual terms, or other inappropriate content (including religion, politics, cheats, hacks, and password scams) on Neopets!"

Can anyone sufficiently explain what is wrong with that message? It's not the word "die" because I tried editing that out. I don't get it!

I'm not very sure, but typing fountain faerie quest MAY (I don't know, never done it before) get you caught by the word-censor on neo.
What about the boo after "hit points"? I think most likely not.
The word boost MAY be censored. Don't know either, never typed it before.
If changing these don't work, try changing the pets' names. Like if Campbellina is a Silver Shoyru (example), change the name to "my silver shoyru" or something like that may help.
Most likely FFQ got censored. Try typing FFQ (it MAY help) if that's the problem.

That'd get me trembling and my blood freezing (the message you got from neo). I'd suggest don't send that neomail, though. I'm soo worried!

Well, it's not "boo" or "boosted" ... I tried sending myself neomails with those in it, and they went through without a problem. Not sure what else it could be though, sorry!

I think it's FFQ.Type it like FFQ and it should work.

If you ask me, TNT is a little censor crazy.
I once got a message similar to that when sending one of those challenge cards, ya know? And what I wrote in the to box was just gibberish. Just random letters that didn't mean anything, and it yelled at me not to use profanity I also couldn't use the word "bad" on my petpage, that seems beyond ridiculous to me.

Also it's odd, cuz I have "Hit Points" written on my petpages. I never got any errors saying I couldn't use the word hit. Although I couldn't use the word "bad"... so I changed it to "wicked" and that went through.

I can't understand TNT's reasoning at all. It's seems we could get in trouble at any time, for saying the most normal and innocent things.

I often get censored for "as bad as" which is censored for badas(s).

Also secs (abbreviation of seconds) will get stopped as well.

I get censored constantly on the neoboards when someone ask me to find something and I post "two secs". It's part of my daily speech (though some of my American friends find it weird xD), and so I'm always confused when it's censored.

It catches me out all the time and it is so damn annoying, especially when other words are allowed that are considered swear words to me.

The word id*** (won't post the full word, in case it's censored here...) is not censored by TNT. That's why it's used quite commonly among neoboards. It should be censored IMO. o_0
I don't get the TNT mind sometimes...considerring their bad grammer and censor-crazziness. But I do like their creativity.

If that word is the word I think it is...then it isn't that bad, I believe that as far as profanity goes, that's pretty mild...otherwise they could very well pick up a thesaurus and censor every word that's a synonym to stupid
