Well, I can see them just fine in Firefox, though I have to scroll down to do so. Do you have any kind of image blocking software on your computer? Stuff that might be hidden in your anti-virus programs. Reason why I ask is that I installed the new version of McAfee on my computer and, shortly thereafter, my guild banner disappeared from my lookup and those lookups and shops of my guild members. Then I discovered that I was the only one in my guild having this problem. Everyone else could see the banner just fine. So, I went into McAfee, started hunting around, and sure enough, it had installed Parental Control software on my computer and was blocking "adult" images and content. *grumble* I am 49 years old. I don't think I need that sort of control.
So, once I uninstalled McAfee, the banner returned to my screen.
Might also want to clear cookies and temp files. And if you have Firefox, check to see if you didn't accidentally adblock the images.
