I find it funny that so many people had difficulty with Ultimate Bullseye and Extreme Potato Counter-- those two games are in my favourites list and I routinely score over 100 in UB and over 70 in EPC... (I satisfied the challenge on my 1st attempt in both.)

The secret to UB is to nail 2 or 3 bullseyes during the game--then if you can combine F, P, and B on your last shot you get a very large target which pays 40 points + an extra turn if you hit it-- if you combine C with that shot it sometimes helps but often makes the shot impossible if the target is too close but at a significantly different height than the fire ring.

Secret for EPC is to unfocus your vision and only pay attention to potatos the moment they appear at the edge of the screen, count them, then ignore them. That way you're not double counting and there's no need to keep track of anything but your own running total.

The games that hung me up were:

Snow Wars II, which I don't think runs properly-- all it lets me do is place blocks round after round, and when the continue screens come up, which looks like they should have writing in them, I don't see anything-- I never get the option to drop catapults like it says I should in the instructions, so it's just round after round of me dropping blocks like a madman while a million snowballs pelt me. I barely managed to score 100, after several attempts.

Ruins Rampage, where I had no idea what I was doing, or how to rack up points. This game took me several attempts.

Every other game I finished in my first or second attempt even if I'd never played before.

The one that is throwing me at the moment is Faerie Cloud Racers. I just can't get even one point!

EDIT: I just finished all of them! Yea!

Catapults take up a 2x2 block area and they must be contained within walls (all blocks must be connected in the 4 cardinal directions).

Finally managed a score of 101 in Ultimate Bullseye yesterday, after taking a bunch of cold medication. XD I guess it was just what I needed to stop stressing over the fact that it was the one game I couldn't seem to win.

All I did is just surround a snowman with the blocks, there wasn't even a need to actually place any catapults to get the required 50 pts :P

*Finally* had a hundred dubloon coin show up in Dubloon Disaster. Must've been nearly a hundred games where it just kept lobbing two dubloon coins at me, even with the 'black pawkeet' cheat that's supposed to make hundred dubloons more common. And there's no way I'm reaching 50 with only two dubloon coins.(Grrr, hate that game!). Considering how I kept getting mostly cheap books and toys as prizes and how much time I spent on Dubloon Disaster (grrr!), this probably wasn't actually worth it for me. o_O

You need to leave room on the blocked in area to place catapults, you cna also use the letter S key I think it is to twist and change the direction of blocks that are falling down.

I love that game but its a pain in the behind.

I've always found Ultimate Bullseye fairly easy to play (took me about three games to get 53 points), but I'm awful at Extreme Potato Counter. Finally got 82 points, though! I played the games that won't work on my computer on my brother's instead, so I have actually completed all 62. :) Best prize I got was a 20k trading card... and some books, but I don't even know how much they were worth as I just read them to my pet.

I wonder if this games master challenge will be a weekly or monthy occurrence, or if this is just a one-time thing. I'd like some kind of trophy, anyway.

I hope it's a regular thing. On a much smaller scale of course. Say every week or two there are 10 games that we have to play and then we get a prize. It was a bit big to have it like this very often, but a smaller scale version would be good for introducing us to games we hadn't noticed before. I know I certainly found a lot more games to play.

Stupid ultimate bullseye I just got 49 on it so close, so frustrating, and that's the highest I've ever gotten. So close and its my last game to do.

Having a smaller version of this every few weeks would be fun as long as the blasted bullseye isn't in it

I think it's interesting so many people have trouble with UB, too, I never have a problem getting to 50. It was Extreme Potato Counter and Ruins Rampage that caused me problems (luckily I found a good guide for Ruins Rampage).

I was sort of wondering if this would be a monthly event, myself. I hope so, it was fun.

You can try JellyNeo's guide -- it has a few hints if you get confused. Also, try this thread on NeoItems (you might have to be a member to see it -- let me know if that's the case, and I'll try to post the best hints there).

I need help on Faerie Cloud Racer -- does anyone know what score you need on that? I'm 16 away on UB, too, but at least it's not the Buzzer Game -- I can't even do the first round on that one.
