They've listed the names of the furniture items sold there on this site. I guess that's a sign those are restocking, or at least that they're searchable.

I think that the woman who runs that site finds the name of the items using the shop wizard. Sometimes items are searchable on the shop wizard before they start restocking.

I usually find the names in a couple of ways. I search regularly using the search box in the sidebar, and the neohomies on the GSC chat board who restock a lot alert me to new things they've spotted in the shops.

The Neovian furniture is indeed in the shop now. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a 'put in your neohome' option yet! :(
