Buy Ultra Ball and throw it at Chimecho if it's still here, Relicanth if it's not.

Kuge has a good point.
Guys, I'm all alone, and it's you that I want!
Buy a net ball.
Throw said ball at Relicanth.

Buy two Netballs and throw at Relicanth.

Were updates sent out? Or not?

Also, how much does a Med Revive heal to after reviving, if Min is 10%.

As far as I know, when it comes to gym pokemon, every attack has an attack power / HP remaining chance of finishing the pokemon.
Meaning, there was an 80/270 chance of that happening. Which was roughly a 30% chance.

I also, shall buy a Net Ball and throw it at Relicanth.

Eh, that's very odd. Another thing that gives stronger Pokemon an advantage. I don't understand it's usefulness.

No one would want to attack first, because they'd get hit back, and have no chance of beating the pokemon.

Here's how this works. The damage from every attack will have a chance of defeating the Gym Leader's Pokemon, which is increased based on the amount of damage done. This makes it more fair for the people who attack first, giving them a chance to deal a finishing strike.

It only gives strong Pokemon an ungodly advantage. Weak Pokemon are left in the dust. (if that formula you gave is actually correct.) What's the point of attacking a Pokemon with 300 HP first with a 20 damage attack when it only has a 6.66...% chance of killing and someone attacking the same Pokemon with a 80 damage attack has a 26.666...% chance, which is significantly higher?

Not only that, but a 100HP Pokemon would only give a 20 damage attack a 20% chance of killing it and an 80% attack and 80% chance of killing it.

It really is not that useful to anyone but the strong.

I'm confused, how was Slaking defeated with such a lack of damage done to it and why didn't my attack(s) register?

You forgot how my system works. To make it more fair for people who go in first, knowing they cannot kill it outright, each attack has a decent probability of killing the Pokemon, equal to half of the damage it had already taken plus the damage of the newest attack, then divided by its total HP. Dyl has a 115/300 chance of KO'ing the beast, and got lucky.

Another special property of that Slaking was the Truant ability, which I'm sure a few Slakoth owners are already familiar with. There was an equal chance of him attacking first, as him loafing around first. That time, Hikaru got lucky and Christopher got REALLY unlucky. One of them was about to be owned, and Hikaru just happened to get out unscathed.

Kuge, your attacks didn't register because it was defeated by that time. Sorry :( :( :( Also, the Gym Leaders aren't as useful to the weaker Pokemon, but if you can type-match well, you still have a fighting chance. You just didn't get in early enough.

Anyway, on to catch results.

Kugetsu throws an Ultra Ball at Chimecho. 93 = MISS.

Anoohilator throws an Ultra Ball at Chimecho. 74 = MISS.

CW throws an Ultra Ball at Chimecho. 72 = MISS.

Pixa throws a Net Ball at Relicanth. 18 = CATCH!

Dracir, I won't make you buy those Net Balls. Same with you Dyl.

So Chimecho is still uncaught. Get to it guys! Updates coming after I take my Calculus and Stats exams. D:
