Well, I finally broke down and checked, lol, I've been following this all day and I just couldn't help myself!
I have to agree, it does seem like a prank...unexpected as it was. It just looks like the gift you never win on the game shows, what with all the glitter-Eness.
I do hope they fix yesterday's though, I never did get that cute plushie...

Mine didn't take me to happy valley it was the annimation and the rest blank so it was NOT a prank. If there was a prank it would be that everyone wins the jackpot on test your strength and get 1np :roflol:

Actually, I don't think I ever had a "collect" button even -- just the link back to Happy Valley, like was mentioned a few posts above. In that case, it sounds like a prank. And since they have consistently given us items that were related to the item in the animation... People would be expecting something attack-peaish, even if it was only a toy....

This, of all things, would be a truly unexpected prank.

Well, I'll feel quite foolish if they announce it was just a joke. oh well.

I had the collect button, but on the "prize" page, there wasn't anything else in the way of links or buttons.

If it was a joke, they're going to have a lot of annoyed users - particuarly the premium ones, as from what I've heard there has been a large amount of people terminating their subscription because of all the issues the site has been having lately.

Adampete06 - Yes, we know that you've submitted a bug report. You are not the only one to do so. It is highly unlikely that they will respond to your report today, let alone this year :roll:

Particuarly with the large amount of bugs on the site lately, there must be a huge amount of mail for them to get through. I didn't hear anything when I reported a bug for Defender Trainer for a couple of months.

They do have a lot of control of the site still. They just don't go on about it like they used to in the past. More in jokes now that some people who've been playing long enough would get and pass on to friends.

Ugh, no acknowledgment in the news at all, of any nature. I'm starting to get very frustrated.

Funniest moment ever.

Maybe that pretty gif is our advent calendar present. Or this memory. But it is frustrating.

*Didn't get a prize and freaked out. Immidiately came here and saw it wasn't just me. Was relieved*

I definitely don't think this is a prank. I'm pretty sure if it was one it'd be obvious. I just hope TNT does something about it. Perhaps when we go to collect tomorrow we get today's prizes as well?

I had a collect button too. When I clicked it, it took me to a page with just the animation playing on top (like usual) but just empty space where the prizes usually are.

Yep, had one. It was really just like the regular page when you collect your prize (animation on top, Return button on the bottom, prizes in the middle) except that the prizes were empty.

I thought it was pretty obvious considering how rare the attack pea is. It was the only thing on the screen, and they'd never give one of those away.
