Just a quick FYI that you can now download the Internet Channel from the Wii shop for the low low price of 0 points!

I've been using it to write this message and it is excellent.us

just got ma wii yesterday, and it was the last in stock! talk about luck XD

anyways, i cant seem to get ma net connection to work. i read the manual and i think i have a CABLED type of internet and its quite speedy (Cable Modem) if any1 could help with this lil problem, id be much appreciated. i wanna fight things on the forecast channel! XD

If you don't have wireless internet then you have 2 options.
Get wireless internet, or
Wait until the ethernet adapter is released.

If both of these solutions are impossible, then there is not much you can do.

in the manual it says theres a LAN adapter thingy, nothing i can do with it?

I got mine at the start of the week have been playing Zelda pretty non stop since then, think I'm a bit of an addict, Im sickened to say 21 hours in a day according to the wii =:0/

Aye it's not bad slow and a little harder than a keyboard. Can use IM service too yay!

That is the ethernet adapter, and I'm not sure it it's released yet.
