Well... we don't know that it was for eating. Maybe he just put it on the platter as a surprise? That's how I'd like to interpret it anyway.

Anyone have the name of the book and yesterday's items so I can shopwiz them?

Between not feeling well and spending my waking hours drawing, I missed yesterday.

Anyone have a Bartimus Ornament? I'm trying to buy one it won't show up on the wiz. If anyone has one, could they give me the correct spelling so I can buy one?
Could anyone link to yesterday's animation as well?

I can't search the book on the normal shop wiz. People are saying it only searches on the SSW. I bought a book, but it's not showed up. -__-

I'm not impressed. I managed to snipe one off the SSW for 200NP, but I shouldn't have to go out and buy these items in the first place.

This is the second time that this has happened :roll:

And now I'm starting to wonder if this'll affect my chances of the Winter Sidebar, assuming that collecting all of the prizes is one of the criteria - as I first got a 'replace', which never showed up, and today I only got 1 item, I didn't even receive an image placeholder.

I saw the animation.....it was ok I guess. Only thing I said, {after moving the mouse over the turkey was} "aww look at the turkey" I did that twice :oops:

When I went to my inventory, and realised it was a petpet I squealed. :oops:

I think it's so funny that today's animation is the one they picked to give us a petpet with. There have been so many times this month I've expected to get a petpet and ended up with a plushie or an ornament of the petpet instead...we all got surprised today!

When I saw the animation, I thought "oooh, I hope we get the turkey petpet!" The only thing I want to know is why ours are blue when the one on the platter was clearly all brown?

And I know this is going to sound horrible, but everyone knows that Skeiths will eat anything.

looks like the "fyoras looking glass disaster" stroke again

does anyone remember? when half of neopian can see the glass from tower, yet they can't use/equip it, and the other half can't see but they can use/equip it... >_<

You misspelled Bartamus.

Was it just me, or did King Skarl look kinda weird in the animation?

This is the information on the book I bought. It finally apeared in my inventory.

Every copy of this book will update on its own when new information is added. This was given out by the Advent Calendar in Y8.

I guess I was lucky! I got the petpet and the book when I went (I forgot to check here first).
