For those topics one could describe as the forum equivalent of a twinkie. Word games, forum contests and giveaways are all the rage here.

Means we'll have to make the last post of 2006? Like...11:59:59pm 31st Dec NST?
Ooh...sounds interesting.
But can we post more than once in this thread when the contest starts?
Like: If I posted on 11:58pm and then someone else posted after me then can I post again to "overtake" them?

I get the impression that that's the case, yes.

okay, for anybody reading my posts now, i originally had the contest planned around PPT's time, but then realised everybody could change their settings on PPT so I had to change the time the contest ends to be Midnight Neopian Standard Time. The original post should clearly explain everything now.

Well, it is the 31st now - so in less than 12 hours in NST it will be the New Year!!
Did everyone visit the Advent Calendar one last time (and get the sidebar). I did!! Yay.

This sounds really good. Mainly because midnight NST is 8am GMT, and I'm usually up at that time. AND I have my Wii to do it on. MUAHAHA!!!

Sun Dec 31, 2006 6:10 pm

Depends how ill I feel tommorrow morning XD
Sun Dec 31, 2006 6:12 pm
Around 14 hours till midnight, right?
Sun Dec 31, 2006 6:17 pm
If I am to do this I will have to pull a all nighter since I am worried my alarm won't go off and end up over sleeping otherwise. (Despite the fact I am in GMT time)

Uh. I just came back from the New Year's Party at my uncle's at 2. Time zones are bizarre.

I've got about 12 hours and 20 minutes left.. here is NST time. I don't even know if I will go out and celebrate like I always do. I've been sick with an uber sore throat since Christmas.
