You used to be able to get them from a place on the space station (I know I am obvious). I got one. You had to sign up with sponsors to improve them but you got a 2% one for free (that is what I have).

Yes, and one time they reset the discount card so that everyone who had one ended up with the basic 2% card, and you had to sign up for sponsors all over again to raise the card's value.

Unfortunately, the sponsors were all used for other events\giveaways already, so I couldn't boost my card. (It was at 5 or 10% - I forget which - before the reset)

I've sent neomails to the Neopian Times asking if the discount cards will ever been made available\raisable again, and have never had a reply.

They had a bunch of sponsors you had to sign up with and got a % for every sponsor. I made a seperate e-mail just to sign up with them and now I have a 5% discount

I used to have a 5% discount card on my old account, that got frozen.I think that super pea donation screenie was originally on jazz's page, no?
