Yeah, she's right. Billy Ray's had big hits. I know he released a Christian CD on Word records back in 2003. He was on TBN too. I think he was better at acting though. Atleast when his show was on, he didn't have the mullet. XP

He had one when he recorded Achy Breaky Heart. That's what he was famous for.
Here's an interesting fact. In 1993, Cyrus was scheduled to perform for Queen Elizabeth II but had to cancel due to family reasons. (from Wikipedia).

I'll give it a 4.5/10. The whole thing is really unrealistic. Like suddenly when she puts on a wig no one can recognize her?
