Emeril is probably my least favorite chef.

I completely agree. Every time he says garlic or bam, I want to scream :x

The original Iron chef totally pwns the Iron Chef America. It was so much more fun to watch, and I loved it because it was dubbed. They were much more creative then any of the other Iron chefs (and nobody EVER chooses Morimoto on the show when he was on it. He rocked).
I hate any show with Bobby Flay. He is far worse then Emeril, and I love it when he loses on Iron Chef America. He was so bitter with what happened against the original iron chefs that he challenged and challenged and challenged until he won. And now he acts like some silly big shot? Psh. Whatever.

Alton brown really is the bomb though. I loved his show on road food, and I do love Good Eats. I also love the guy from Ham on the Street. That shows also quite a bit of fun to watch.

Do you mean Feeding on Asphalt? The one where he went across country on his bike or whatever? I never actually got to see that, though I really wanted to. Was it any good?

And I completely agree about Bobby Flay as well! My boyfriend likes to watch Throwdown and the whole episode Bobby sounds so cocky, like he's the greatest chef in the world (which he is most certainly NOT) grrr..

I do like Kat Kora (I think I spelled her name right) and Mario Bertolli (I thiiiink that's his name.. the one from Mario Eats Italy or something) They're both great.

What's wrong with Emeril? We all looooove Emeril. Let's sing the Emeril song. Woo, Emeril.

I really need to get off of these Cheezits.

He is the best though.

Food network is the best channel to watch if you're bored or multitasking and just want to open the TV. (At least for me.) (HGTV is also good too, but...)

I don't like Emeril. ._.

Emeril is better then Bobby Flay.
I also dislike the Italian chick. The thin one. Giada or whatever her name is. Bah. Everytime I see her I want to shove her in a vat of butter and scream "SOAK UP SOME FAT"
Sadly thats just not possible.

Good Eats with Alton Brown is so awesome. I also sort of like Unwrapped.

I agree, I do not like Bobby Flay, and Emeril I used to like, but he's gotten boring now. And Rachael Ray scares me, she's peppy like all the time. >_<

To tell you the truth I seriously don't remember, all I do remember is that she made this really pretty four layer cake.... I think we have the tape around here some where, I'll try to upload it if I can find it. :D

I kinda like Emeril, if only because people stopped looking at me weird for being obsessed with Cajun cooking once he hit the scene. :)

My favorite show on Food Network is Unwrapped, but I'll watch it for hours, regardless of what's on, because I just like watching food cook. Even the infomercials on Food Network rule!

I love Food Network. My best friend and I actually made up a song about it once. It went "Do you watch food network, do you watch food network, do you want to learn how to make shrimp and eggrolls!" And then something about Rachael Ray and Emeril Live... I don't really remember the rest of it.

I think my favorite show would probably be Unwrapped. It's so much fun learning how they make all of those things you love in the factory and how they originated and whatnot. I can't watch it unless I'm eating something, though, or it makes me really hungry.

But I used to love watching a show called "Dinner Takes All" with 5 contestants and each contestant hosting a dinner party each day. At the end of the party, the other contestants would rate them and the person at the end of the week with the highest number of points would win $1000.

Thats still on Discovery Home I think.. o_O I also saw it on TLC once but not for a month or so now.

Wait, maybe that's where I saw it. TLC, not the Food Network.

Either way, I don't see it anymore!

I saw it on TLC, and it's an hour long with four contestants compared to the previous half hour show with five contestants. And it's sorely based on food now, not the presentation and entertainment.

But I'm happy it's coming back, even though I saw it at midnight (By chance).
