Children of Men--This deserves to win Best Picture. It will not. More's the pity. I loved it; it was very haunting and still a little hopeful.

Touched - it was a pretty good movie despite it was a very stereotypical movie. you know the ending is going to happen in either one or two ways: the guy will survive his serious injury and live with his love, or die, and those left behind will need to cope. and it was a good movie till the ending came around, as they did one of those two endings very badly. seriously, if my mom can laugh at loud at the movies ending, you know they messed up, because she's always so serious about movies like this. *sigh*

I finally watched the film adaptation of About A Boy. Oh my... I was never a huge Hugh Grant fan... but I am now. Holy moly. Had me in tears I was laughing so hard at his character's commentary. His delivery was perfect. :)

Deja Vu.

Wow. I mean, wow.

Hooray for sixth-dimensional plots.

Pans Labyrinth - Umm. Well it was very violent and graphic... and kinda scary. But really was cool, very well done, brilliant story, and yeah just wow. I was super impressed with it. It was sub titled which was fine (i've heard some people complain about that) but it's just so beautiful in spanish.

Oooh, I've been wanting to see that.

Last night I watched Pride and Prejudice- the 2005 version, in which Keira Knightley was nominated for an Academy Award for best actress. omg amazing. Seriously, I was teary-eyed at the end, and that never ever ever happens to me, ever.

can't find the sig from this set, so instead, you get a <3 .

The Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring.
Some years on (What, Five?) I still love this film, D.B Balroggles lording it over the bridge of Kazad dum, the Elves reaction to D.B, and Morgoth, the Urk-Hai of the White hand, Amon Hen, love it all. ^_^

you and me both. It was a clever movie. :)

last movie i watched...a kung fu flick i'm sure none of you have heard about. :D Screaming Tiger (may officially be a different title) starring Jimmy Wang Yu. You might know him from Crane and Tiger Fist, the movie which was spoofed in Kung Pow (the actor of "Evil Betty" was the same in Screaming Tiger too). It was a good movie, and i think the finale fight was a first of its kind. I recall Jackie Chan fought on a moving train in one of his movies, but Jimmy did this back in the 60's/70's.

Cry_Wolf - Better than I thought it would be, one too many plot twists though.

I just rewatched Bridget Jones - The Edge of Reason again... I love that film... mushy, fairly adult and also a very good book. :)

The 40 Year-Old Virgin - The song at the end is worth the price of the DVD alone.

:roflol: It was quite a proper ending to a very wonderful film. A hallmark movie for my family to watch.

Cujo.
What can I say, it's a classic. Even if it is about a killer dog with rabies.
